For the fourth consecutive year, East Mississippi Community College has been selected to serve as a tournament host for this month’s MHSAA Middle School Basketball Invitational. As announced by the Mississippi High School Activities Association, EMCC has been chosen as one of eight community college/university campuses throughout the state to serve as host sites for this weekend’s opening-round play. Tournament action is slated to begin Friday and Saturday (Jan. 16-17) and continue through the final two weekends (Jan. 23-24 & Jan. 30-31) of the month.
